Subject: The REAL reason I´m at Nannestad asylmottak
I was complaining to Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik (Tingvoll asylmottak manager) against Erwin G-Balaguera (asylum seeker) every week as Erwin G-Balaguera was attacking me and he also was attacking other asylum seekers, Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik never did anything and everytime I complained the sitution got worse until the point that Erwin G-Balaguera tried to hit my head with the kitchen door cabinet, I knew Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik hated me as I AM MEXICAN so he is racist against Mexicans, now there was a woman named Patricia Quintana Almeida at the asylmottak in Tingvoll and they stated that she was Mexican but everything she told me IS A LIE! Also she did not behave like a Mexican at all! So as Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik hated me as I am Mexican he got 4 people that have been in jail several times and put them in the floor where I live, since day one a bold man (the one that I mention in the next lines that had a fist fight) was doing things to make me upset like making noise every day until 1 or 2 am but I did not paid attention to him. I know Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik hated me as he did many things against the law against me I´ll just mention one on June 22, 2020 Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik told Patricia Quintana Almeida IN FRONT OF ME several time that he would help her sue me for discrimination, that was WHICH IS NOT DISCRIMINATION, she got upset because I was defending myself and I had to tell all the lies that SHE TOLD ME ABOUT HER, that is not discrimination that is the truth! When Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik brang this 4 ex – jailed man to my floor he sent Erwin G-Balaguera on vacation FOR 3 WEEKS one day before they arrived! Erwin G-Balagura went on vacation on June 23, 2020 and the 4 man that where in jail were brought up on June 24, 2020.
On Friday July 10, 2020 at 2:20 am a man (bold, white, very fat, around 24 years old, from afghanistan or Irak) fougth downstairs, I do not know his name, this man lived in Tingvoll asylmottak and in the same floor where I used to live, this man has been in jail several times, I went outside my room and outside the door of my floor about 1 min and a half after that as there was a lot of screaming from one man, and a girl was screaming and crying, then I started going down the stairs and the fat man that was fighting and that lived in the same floor threatened me that if I complained at the reception he would fuck me up, the bold man had blood on him, I do not know if it was his or someone elses blood, also his 20 year old friend was going up the stairs then I went back and he was with other people from other floors, there was the tall, thin, black man and the woman that was screaming, she was screaming and crying, then I went inside my room several times and came out at around 2:31 am and the fat man told me that he did not wanted me to tell him about the cleaning of the corridor, then HE THREATENED me that if I said it again he was going to fuck me up, then I told him that I was not a maid and I was not going to clean after he made his mess, then him the black man and other people, kept making noise until around 3:40 am, also the woman was crying and screaming, they were at my floor until like 5 am, I called the police from the asylmottak phone around 8:30 am and told them what happened the man that took the call refused to take the complaint over the phone and to give me his name, he told me that I had to tell people at the asylmottak reception what happened told him that they open at 10 am, I told him that I wanted to reported at the time, then he took my complaint and then he told me to tell the reception, at 10:00 am I went to the reception office and complaint with Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik and I told him that the bold man threatened me twice that he was going to fuck me up and Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik told me that the 4 man did not want any trouble and that the bold man was not going to attack me, I mean how Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik could say that if the bold man just had fought downstairs a few hours ago and he had blood on him? How Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik could say that if the bold man just threatened me? How Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik could say that if theis 4 man have been in jail several times? I could clearly see that Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik was protecting him!
After that Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik talked to the bold man and and told him that I was the one that complained against him, AND PER DAGFINN KVARSVIK GAVE HIM MY NAME being that many people saw the fight then the bold man went to the floor we lived and knock hard on the doors of his friends which are 3, then told them that I was a snitch he told them to get out of their rooms and told them he was going to fuck me up, then he went to my room and he hit my room door several times and he SCREAMED AT ME many times that he was going to fuck me up, but rememeber that he called his 3 friends (his 3 friends have been in jail several times also) to go out and help him, but I mean going TO MY ROOM AND ATTACK ME IN MY ROOM? I am 50 years old and he is around 24 years old and one of his friends is 20 years old, and 2 more man, so 4 MAN attacking a SINGLE ME THAT IS 50 YEARS OLD, 1 of them is 20 and the other around 24, and attacking me IN MY ROOM? I can see that was planned by Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik as he hate me because I am Mexican and he lied to UDI many times about me and also Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik set me up several times.
The bold man SCREAMED at me I asked the bold man many times how he was going to fuck me up and he just kept SCREAMING that he was going to fuck me up, and he kept hitting my door hard, so I though (NOT SAID) so I had to go to complaint to the asylmottak office to Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik and I also though that the bold man is a coward, as if he is 26, the other is 20 and there are 2 more, 4 man against a 50 year old man I though definitely he is a coward! And I knew that if I went out with a knife as he is a coward as he had his 3 friends outside he would not attack me, so I took out a knife so there would not be anyone harmed I went out and NEVER attacked any of the 4 man I never insulted any of the 4 man, I just started walking towards the asylmottak office, the bold man started following me and was screaming like crazy then downstairs he got ahead of me and kept screaming like a crazy man then I saw Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik and I DIDN´N EVEN SAID ANYTHING TO HIM YET when he said that I shoud not attack them with a knife so I knew right then that IT WAS A SET UP FROM PER DAGFINN KVARSVIK! I complained to Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik and he told me that as the bold man threaten me he could move me to another mottak so I agreed. On Sonday July 12. 2020 I moved to another mottak, but Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik INTENTIONALLY moved me where my UDI case would be affected as this mottak is for special people, I have been attacked many times here by Stendi workers, Stendi is a company that UDI hired to work with asylum seekers. I am making this police report at this time as I needed the names of the 4 people and I have called the Tingvoll asylmottak several times and asked them for the names but they have refused to give me the names of the 4 people. So I am making the police report without the names, on July 10, 2020 after I talked to Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik about the incident where the bold man attacked me I talked to the police officer Gunnar Hagen about the incident and he told me that I had to make a police report, so Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik refused to give me the names of the 4 people several times and I am making the police report without the names. But remember that Per Dagfinn Kvarsvik DID GAVE the bold man MY NAME!
