On Saturday September 19, 2020 at 22:15 hours Erik Wåde´s team, workers from Stendi entered my room illegally and searched my room, AS THEY ARE RACIST AGAINST MEXICANS, they stole scissors from the room, it´s just getting ridiculous, it´s just to much abuse. So on September 19, 2020 I went for a walk as I do almost everyday, I walked for an hour and I came back around 20:20 hours then Milos that Works for Stendi and it´s from Erik Wåde´s team told me something really weird he said that he went to the restroom I use and that he used a cup to grab water FROM THE TOILET and he saw the water was yellow so he asked me if I flushed the toilet, I´m not joking he told me that he grabed water from inside the toilet with a drinking cup, I mean HOW GROSS IS THAT? First of all he not supposed to use that bathroom, they do no clean it for sure, they have their own bathrooms, then after like 45 minutes I went to the bathroom and I noticed that the mirror was broken and then I looked on the floor for pieces of broken mirror and I could not see one, I reported it immediately to Kai, and I knew that who broke it was one from the workers as the asylum seekers that live here are MENTAL they are not Smart enough to break something AND CLEAN IT, plus they are not agresive, I have never seen anyone of the asylum seekers breaking things otr throwing things, the only 2 people that are Smart enough to break a mirror and clean it are Abdullahi but he is been gone for more than a week or Omar but HE NEVER USES this bathroom he uses another one, plus he is always in his room only goes out his room to eat, to the bathroom and to the store.
Well at 22:15 hours Milos, Kai, Ronny, Mbuyi and the night person (5 man entered my room), entered my room and started looking everywhere for I do not what, they said that they enter to look for the glass missing from the broken mirror, but that is not true as today they knock at my door 5 times during the day which it seemed really weird and I knew something was up since earlier on the day, also 2 of the 5 times they knocked they also tried to open my door, THEY CAN´T DO THAT! How about if I forgot to locked and I am naked? Also they have to search every single room AND THEY DIDN´T so that is actually RACISM, yeah they actually they HAVE TO search all roms equally, but they didn´t they only searched mine and I know they didn´t search the other rooms as I asked the other asylum seekers and they stated that they did´n got into their rooms to searched. SO THEY ARE RACIST and they are also upset as I complaint a lot as they do not work, they abuse the asylum seekers, they do not help the asylum seekers and as the other asylum seekers are mental they cannot complaint, Omar is not mental but since I been here that is been more than 2 months every single time that he Omar talks to the Stendi personnel they always scream, there is a verbal fight, every single time! I have not seen not even one time that they talk like a person that reasons BECAUSE THEY ARE USED TO ABUSE THE ASYLUM SEEKERS, also the last day I saw Abdullahi he left as he was very upset with the employees from Stendi, he argued with them very hard for about an hour and a half and then he left, and he told me he was leaving as he was very uset with them, but Abdullahi is right, same as Omar, this people from Stendi just want to come here and look at their cell phone all day and take the sun outside all day and that is actually what they do.
So when they entered my room I got upset and I told Milos I know you broke the mirror and I know you did it so you could come inside my room and make an excuse to search it, he never denied it so he gave me the benefit of doubt, I told him in the next 20 minutes 4 times more that he did it and he never denied it, again he gave me the benefit of doubt. ALSO THEY ARE RACIST AGAINST MEXICANS as they made me sign the first day that I got here a document stating everal things for example the document stated that if they did not like the way I smelled they would lock me in my room and keep me there locked, that they could search my room any time they wanted, but so far I AM THE ONLY PERSON I HAVE SIGNED THAT DOCUMENT here I have asked other asylum seekers and they have not given them that document, they didn´t even know it existed, one of them is Abdullahi, by law they have to treat everybody the same, by law they have to give the document to every single asylum seeker but they never did and they never gave me a copy of the document and I need one I also need a statement that states that they have to give that to asylum seekers as I know I am the only person they have given that AS I AM MEXICAN and they are RACIST against Mexicans.
ALSO THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME several cops arrived, so I have no idea what lie they told to the cops, also the paramedics arrived, what they police told was that they did not eactly knew what happened but they mentioned that I attacked everybody, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, they were in my room illegally, the paramedics did not check anyone from the workers, so then how I attacked them if they were fine?. As soon as the police arrived Milos DISSAPEARED You know why? BECAUSE HE WAS the one that broke the mirror! And he did not wanted to be questioned by the police. I told the police that the reason they broke the mirror was some pretext to blame the asylum seekers so they could get into my room, I also told the police that I was the only one with the room searched so I told them that the workers were racist, I also told the police that the workers are upset as I have been complaining for all the ILLEGAL things they do to asylum seekers here and how they abuse us, for example I told the police that they lost Mirzai for 4 hours and told them that Mirzai is a mental person and they should not of lost him, also told them that the same day Mirzai cried for 7 hours and Erik Wåde nor anyone else on the team cared, that also the same day there was a fist fight between the asylum seekers and that Erik Wåde did not called the police and that UDI requires to call the police when there is a fist fight they have to call the police and to report it to UDI, I also told the police about the kidnapping incident and told them that the people that tried to kidnap me are friends of Erik Wåde´s and told them that I have a phone that I found at the area where they tried to kidnap me and asked them if I could give it to them as evidence and they told me as this was a different incident I would have to do it in a different day, the police took me to the hospital and had a doctor to see me, the Stendi workers from Erik Wåde´s told the police that they had to take me to a psychiatric hospital, the doctor checked me out and told the police that I was fine and that they could take me back to the mottak again and that they did not need to take me to the psychiatric hospital.
This is very important, when I was printing the documents for UDI, they printed them from an office here at the mottak but when Erik Wåde printed documents he actually STOLED a lot of my personal information that was in the USB and copied for himself, he cannot do that! And I know since the first day that I saw Erik Wåde that he does not like me and that HE IS RACIST AGAINST MEXICANS and against me as I am Mexican.
Another thing very important is that the times I have played Monopoly with Milos he gets very upset, when he is losing he smashes the table and screams, but he smashes the table hard, VERY HARD, it even the table moves, Milos has done that several times, he also screams bad words when he is losing, words like fuck, mother fucker, etc, so I decided not to play with him anymore for that reason but I never told him why, well he is been insisting to play with me Monopoly for several days (a couple of weeks), he actually told me one time that I WAS A CHICKEN, THAT I WAS SCARED OF HIM.
We played again on Thursday September 17, 2020 and he changed the rules, he did that when we already were playing so I told him you read the rules the first time to me a few weekes ago and this rule is not the way you said it before, we also been playing Monopoly with everybody with the rule as you originally told me and then you just change it today? And he told me that if we didn´t play with this new rule he would not play, but he was very upset so I did not want to argue and I told him then we do not keep playing. So that is what Milos get´s paid for? To get upset and scream and say fuck, mother fucker, etc? So he gets paid to smash things to smash the table hard when we are playing Monopoly?
When they enter illegally in my room I am almost sure that they wanted to plant something in my room, I mean 5 people checking at the same time? But as I was video recording they though about it twice before doing it, they didn´t count that I was going to be videorecording so they could not plant anything.
Now the scissors were lended to me by Ivar, the scissors that the Stendi workers stole from me, and they reason I asked Ivar for the scissors was as someone illegally entered my room and for sure was an employee of Stendi and they took off the protection screen from my camera, it´s very important for you to know that the protection I put it in the camera a few days before they took it off, less than 10 days, those screens do not fall, they are like tape they glue to the screen, this protection it´s a cell phone screen protection but I have to cut it to the camera screen size, so they took the screen off to make me upset, so I needed the scissors to cut another one for the camera, which I cut on September 19, 2020.
Another thing very important, Omar is very scared of them he has told me that himself, he has assured me that they hate him, and I believe him, they do not take him to the store to buy things and they get paid to take hijm to the store to buy things, Omar every single time takes the bus and goes to the grocery store to purchase his stuff.
I asked the Stendi workers for their names and last names and they refused to give them to me so that is the reason I wrote night person above.
Also why do they wanted to search my room at 22:15? The mirror was broken way before that time, and I have asked them several days around 21:50 that I need something and they always tell me that THEIR SHIFT ENDS AT 22:00 hours so that they cannot help me, actually their shift ends at 22:00 hours but they leave before it ends and all the teams have told me that and all have refused several times to do something after 21:50 hours and all of the sudden 5 of them entered my room illegally at 22:15 hours?
I just sent this complaint to Stendi via their complaint contact form on their website.
I actually I fear for my life here and Stendi nor UDI have answered any of my complaints yet.
