Attention to UDI
Subject: Complaint against Milos (Stendi employee), Erik Wåde Nilsen (shift leader at this asylmottak), Linn (manager of tis asylmottak) and Stendi company
Reason: Milos threw Abdullahi to the floor and beated him up
When I make a call UDI records me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, when I call the police they record me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, when I am in a place where there are cameras from rich people facing the Street they record me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION so UDI cannot come and say that I cannot record because that for sure WOULD BE DISCRIMINATION.
On February 2, 2021 at 10:05 pm I was on the second floor and I heard Milos (he was downstairs) screaming extremelly loud, Milos was screaming Abdullahi´s name and other things then I Heard Milos running going to go upstairs, I stood up and I went out of my room and I saw him entering really fast and ILLEGALLY Abdullahi´s room and he threw him to the floor, Abdu Abdalla wasaside Abdullahi and looked very scared and frozen, I saw Abdullahi struggling while Milos was in top of him, then right away I went out of the rom and called the police. On February 3, 2021 Abdu Abdalla told me that Milos was hitting Abdullahi while he was on the floor and that he never saw Abdullahi attacking Milos at all, not even to defend himself.
So there are only 2 witnesses of the incident were Milos entered Abdullahi´s room, which are Abdu Abdalla and Me.
There is no reason WHATSOEVER for Milos to enter Abdullahi´s room illegally and beat him up wthout a reason, Abdullahi is OLD, he is 45 years old, he is very weak and skinny and Milos is in his 20´s, is taller, goes to the gym, so Milos is a CRIMINAL!!!
The following statement in blue letters is from Abdullahi, he told me that on February 5.2021:
That there was a court hearing on February 4.2021 were they talked about several events that happened on February 2.2021 all related to Abdullai, that there were present from Stendi company Erik Wåde Nilsen, Kai and others, Abdullahi told the judge that Milos attacked him and beated him up in his room, and that the judge free Abdullahi from jail at that moment, Abdullahi stated that he held the knife because the police refused to come when Milos was beating Abdullahi up and that he wanted the police to come to the asylmottak so as the police refused to come WHICH I AM A WITNESS OF, because I made the call to the police then Abdullahi held a knife so the police would come. Erik Wåde Nilsen told the judge as he stated that he wasn´t here when it happen.
Now Erik Wåde Nilsen lied to the judge as I am a witness that he was here, on February 2, 2021 I Heard him enter about 10 times Abdullahi´s room as Abdullahi had his room open all day and it seemed that the conversations were not pleasant as of the tone they used, I do not understand Norwegian so I do not know what they talked about, but Erik Wåde Nilsen was the team lead and he is responsable 100% of what happened and he should be fired, it´s just convenient that every time his team INTENTIONALLY ATTACKS asylum seekers Erik Wåde Nilsen lies and says that he wasn´t here, On September 20, 2020 five people from his team entered my room illegally, they abused me they stole stuff, on December 14, 2020
Linn, Erik Wåde Nilsen, Me and others held a meeting about that incident and
Erik Wåde Nilsen lied that he wasn´t here, I told him several times in the meeting that HE WAS HERE, I asked a few questions to Mbuy (Stendi worker and was working for Erik Wåde´s team on September 20, 2020) on December 30, 2020 and he stated that Erik Wåde was here the day they entered my room illegally, you can see it and hear i ton the following link:

Also on October 21, 2020 Eroni from Erik Wåde´s team went to Abdu Abdalla´s (Abdul Kader) room and smashed his door for 5 minutes (I´m a witness of it) and threatened Abdu Abdalla to kill him and to beat him up for 5 minutes (I´m a witness of it) and Erik Wåde Nielsen lied saying that he wasn´t here, I am a witness that he was here Erik Wåde Nielsen, even Abdu Abdalla told him to call the police and Erik Wåde Nielsen refused.
Now Milos was off at 10:00 pm they usually leave earlier than 10:00 pm, Why did Milos entered Abdullahi´s room at 10:05 pm? What was he doing here? That seemed planned to me!!!
From February 1, 2021 to February 3 2021 Erik Wåde Nilsen was the shift leader, so he is responsable of what Milos did!!!
Now I have asked UDI for several months now to remove Erik Wåde Nilsen as he and his team have thrown rocks at me, have entered my room illegally, have stolen stuff from my room, have physically pushed me without any reason, etc, so because I am scared of him I refuse to talk to RACIST Erik Wåde Nilsen now I do not understand why Monica from UDI protects his CRIMES so much.
Now Belen Vinuesa Birkenes from UDI in a letter told me that I am a liar, that all my complaints are lies, so now it´s Belen Vinuesa´s FAULT that Abdullahi got beaten by Milos because in several complaints I have sent to UDI I stated that Milos was very aggressive that at the beginning when I first arived to this asylmottak and I played Monopoly with Milos he got upset and said bad words very loud and that also he hit the table hard several times, so I decided not to play with him anymore, then after I wasn´t playing with him he told me chicken, that I was scared!
Petitons:
That Stendi is removed and that we the asylum seekers are relocated to other asylmottaks.
That while the transition of the companies is done that the remove Erik Wåde Nilsen, Milos, Kai and Eroni.
